The Accounts Payable and Treasury Manager will lead the transformation and operation of the AP and Treasury function within our organization. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Concur and have a solid understanding of NetSuite. The system is newly implemented, and need a person to establish processes and documentation. Thus, the candidate must have the ability and experience to change management, improve systems, and accurately manage treasury concerns. This role calls for hands-on involvement and management of the AP Accountant, reviewing expense reports, overseeing AP Aging, and implementing accruals. This is a hybrid permanent position in New York, NY with excellent benefits and time off.Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the General Ledger tool, Concur, and NetSuite as required.- Design, implement, and manage the AP systems and processes.- Manage the treasury function, coordinating with finance and banking representatives.- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and treasury activities, including payments, aging, and forecasting.- Review and manage the process for AP Accruals.- Implement and maintain appropriate controls over cash, payments, and the disbursement process.- Review and approve expense reports for accuracy and compliance.- Closely work with internal teams to understand and support their AP and treasury requirements.- Manage the AP Accountant by providing guidance, support, and direct feedback.- Continually strive for system and process improvements.If this person is you, please submit a word document version of your resume to victoria.iacoviello@roberthalf
