We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Real Estate & Property industry. This position is based in PORT JEFFERSON STATION, New York, 11776-1298, United States. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking income and expenses, producing reports, verifying the accuracy of figures, and interacting with vendors among other duties.Responsibilities: • Handle full cycle accounting including general ledger and account analysis• Process invoices and bills accurately and efficiently• Conduct bank reconciliation regularly• Perform monthly reporting to ensure financial accuracy• Interact with vendors to resolve any queries or issues• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently• Use skills in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Basic Bookkeeping for various tasks• Ensure accurate data entry and invoice processing• Perform check runs and coding invoices effectively.
