We are currently seeking Accounting Clerk candidates who are self-starting and detail-oriented. This is a short-term contract / temporary Accounting Clerk position and is based in the Post Falls, Idaho area. Working with high volume and a growing team!

  • Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in our accounting system.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Review and verify financial documents and records for accuracy.
  • Generate invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve financial issues and answer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
