The Accounts Payable Clerk role is a permanent position based in the Ankeny, Iowa area.Responsibilities- Execute additional tasks as needed- Operate full-cycle A/P- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling- Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
