We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities:

Office Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Assist with phone calls, emails, and correspondence as needed.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records, databases, and files.
  • Assist in data entry and ensure the integrity of information.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of nonprofit events and activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and provide on-site support during events.

Communication:

  • Draft, proofread, and edit written materials, including emails, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Assist in managing the organization's social media presence.

Donor and Stakeholder Relations:

  • Support donor acknowledgment processes and maintain donor databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes.
  • Ensure meeting spaces are organized and equipped as needed.


Salary : $22 - $24
