Responsibilities:
Office Support:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Assist with phone calls, emails, and correspondence as needed.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized records, databases, and files.
- Assist in data entry and ensure the integrity of information.
Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of nonprofit events and activities.
- Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and provide on-site support during events.
Communication:
- Draft, proofread, and edit written materials, including emails, newsletters, and other communications.
- Assist in managing the organization's social media presence.
Donor and Stakeholder Relations:
- Support donor acknowledgment processes and maintain donor databases.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes.
- Ensure meeting spaces are organized and equipped as needed.
