We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team in the role of a Part-time Administrative Assistant in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This individual will primarily be responsible for providing concierge services to visitors, making reservations, and managing other related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a warm welcome and assistance to visitors.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
- Make reservations for visitors as required, this could include dinner reservations and tickets to special events.
- Provide clear directions to guests and arrange for interpreters or translators when needed.
- Converse with customers to determine travel destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
- Develop itineraries for guests.
- Use internet and new technology in setting travel itineraries.
- Manage customer service tasks including answering inbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area with proper inventories of brochures, information, and supplies.
- Assist in stocking merchandise and printed information for visitors.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls
- Demonstrated ability in customer service
- Experience with data entry tasks
- Proficient in email correspondence
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
