Dynamic and rapidly-growing, Robert Half is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a team. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position. Do your talents include mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity and is located in the Muskegon Heights, Michigan area.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Handle telephone calls

- Assist other employees with diverse projects

- Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

- Greet and direct visitors

Requirements

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Skills in internet research

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

- Microsoft Excel experience

- Cash Handling experience

- 10 Key Accounting experience

- Customer service experience

- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
