We are in search of a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Columbia, Missouri. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks including helping with invoices, assisting with monthly spending projections, managing vendors and vendor processes, and maintaining organized files. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. 12-18 months for a construction company/jobsite in an office setting. Responsibilities could include:• Ensure proper issuance and processing of Tax Exempt Certificates.• Verify and process Subcontractor Insurance Certificates.• Validate and process Certified Payroll Submissions.• Handle the processing of Miscellaneous Invoices and reconciliation of Monthly Payables and Receivables.• Assist in the processing of Subcontractor Payment Applications and tracking of sub tier lien releases.• Provide support in Owner Invoicing and preparation of Monthly Spending Projections.• Set up new vendors in the system and manage vendor relationships.• Assist in routing Supplements in DocuSign and tracking of supplements.• Maintain organized files of subcontractor bonds and other hard copy documents.• Provide administrative support to jobsite as needed.
