- Microsoft Excel experience
- Vendor relations and sourcing experience preferred
- Experience with MS Outlook
- Adeptness in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
- Solid understanding of real estate leasing
- Microsoft Word experience
- Proven ability to use the internet for research
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
