Major responsibilities
- Support a variety of projects for other employees
- Greet guest and answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule meetings and coordinating conference calls.
- Create memos, letters, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Distribute incoming mail and send packages via regular or overnight mail
- Ordering and maintaining department office supplies.
