We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This role involves providing administrative support to our sales team, with duties that range from booking and coordinating travel arrangements to data entry and email correspondence. Responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for sales representatives • Communicate travel details to employees in a clear and timely manner• Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency• Respond to email correspondence professionally and promptly• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks• Schedule appointments and meetings as required by the team• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts• Maintain a high level of organization to ensure smooth operations• Show strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities• Work independently and show initiative in handling various administrative tasks.
