We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Palm Springs, California, for an Administrative Coordinator in the healthcare industry. The role involves providing administrative support for a new residency program and demands excellent attention to detail. The position will require the ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Suites and perform data entry tasks, among other responsibilities.Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support for the establishment of a new residency program• Work closely with the GME manager to ensure smooth operations• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to accomplish administrative tasks• Manage correspondence professionally and efficiently• Use the Management System for administrative tasks and data organization• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently• Support the C-Suite with administrative tasks as needed
