Responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate schedules, including board meetings with all 15 associations; this is likely the most challenging aspect of the role.• Plan both onsite and offsite activities.• Provide phone coverage, ensuring clear and professional communication.• Coordinate with vendors, particularly for maintenance tasks.• Utilize skills in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for daily tasks.• Assist with additional duties relating to finance if the candidate has prior experience in this area.• Use data entry skills to maintain and update necessary records.• Prioritize customer service, dealing with inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.• Correspond with various parties as necessary, both written and verbal.• Utilize management systems to streamline and organize tasks.
