Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire process of the month-end close
- Support the general accounting function to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software systems for efficient data management and reporting
- Conduct account reconciliation and prepare journal entries as part of regular duties
- Support the controller by taking ownership of tasks and allowing them to focus on other areas
- Use your experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to maintain accurate records
- Utilize your experience with auditing and billing functions to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Work on-site at least one day per week, adhering to our hybrid work model.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Ability to perform Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proficiency in Auditing
- Ability to perform Billing Functions
- Experience with Month End Close
- Ability to create Journal Entries
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
