Local Construction Company seeks an Asst. Project Coordinator to work closely with three Project Managers. This is an entry level position with room for growth. Must have strong Administrative experience, as well as an Associates Degree, preferably in Business or related field. Duties include: assist project managers, updating budget and esitmate costs, ensure safety compliance, and more. Must have experience in Microsoft Office suite, and strong organizational skills, as well as a desire to learn and grow. This is a full time opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Key responsibilities


- Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications


- Ensuring key partners receive project information


- Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences


- Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations


- Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support


- Conducting research online for information


- Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed


- Documenting meetings and keeping records of assignments and progress



Requirements

- Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- 1 years of business/office experience required

- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred

- Experience with Microsoft

- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

- Construction Projects experience desired

- Administrative Office experience

- Knowledge of construction project accounting

- Strong familiarity with Administrative Assistance

- Understanding of database and file management

- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
