Please call 818-703-8818 for more information.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns.Assist in managing tenant communications, including notices and newsletters.Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants.Maintenance Coordination:Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities.Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Maintain records of maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.Financial Management:Assist with the collection of rent and other fees, ensuring timely payments.Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints.Leasing and Marketing:Support leasing activities, including showing properties to prospective tenants.Assist with the preparation and execution of lease agreements.Participate in marketing efforts to attract new tenants, such as online listings and community events.Administrative Support:Maintain accurate records and files for properties and tenants.Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for management.Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to property management.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.Assist with the preparation for property audits and inspections.
