Key Responsibilities: • Attendance Tracking: Record daily student and staff attendance, including absences, late arrivals, and early departures. • Data Entry: Enter attendance data into the school's attendance tracking system or databases with accuracy and efficiency. • Communication: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address attendance-related concerns, and communicate any irregularities promptly. • Attendance Reports: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports to monitor trends and address any issues in a timely manner. • Policy Compliance: Assist in ensuring that school attendance policies and procedures are consistently followed and in compliance with relevant education regulations. • Documentation: Maintain attendance records, including excused and unexcused absences, and ensure the accuracy of attendance-related documentation. • Problem Solving: Proactively identify attendance issues and work with school staff to find solutions to improve attendance rates. • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to parents and students who have questions or concerns related to attendance.
