What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney position at Robert Half?
A national commercial real estate investment company is seeking to bring on Legal Counsel with extensive commercial real estate transaction experience. This position is a full-time hybrid role located at the company's headquarters in Jupiter - relocation package available. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 8 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of real estate (stemming from a law firm real estate department or in-house where real estate transactions made up more than 50% of the responsibilities).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, corporate operating agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, finance documents, term sheets and letters of intent for leases and real estate purchases, etc.
- Coordinating and closing the purchase and sale of real estate and financing
- Working with outside counsel when needed
- Assisting with the management of the real estate portfolio
- Providing additional legal advice and counsel to additional departments as needed
