Our client, a leading firm located in the DFW area is looking to add a Benefits Manager to their growing team.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Ensuring the accuracy of benefit information
Annual benefit open enrollment management
Resolving discrepancy issues with benefit providers
Resolving benefit issues
Responsible for 401k funding and reconciliation processes
Responsible for HSA and FSA funding and reconciliation processes
Lead internal Wellness program
Maintains compensation related information
Assists with salary surveys, market pricing and labor studies
Assists with preparing and distributing compensation plans.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
3 -5 years of experience in benefits and HRIS
Experience with an ERP software
Strong analytical skills Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's)
