As the Corporate Benefits Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the company's benefits programs and ensuring their alignment with both organizational objectives and employee needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits packages, as well as lead a small team of benefits specialists.Key Responsibilities:Benefits Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy that aligns with the company's goals, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefit vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to employees.Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits, ensuring compliance in all benefit programs and communications.Employee Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options, including presentations, workshops, and written materials.Data Analysis: Analyze benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.Team Leadership: Lead a small team of benefits specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, providing timely and accurate information and resolving issues as needed.
