Your responsibilities in this role
- Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
- Institute financial procedures and controls
- Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
Requirements
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Dispatching
- Data entry experience
- Proven knowledge of Sage Software
- Billing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bills of lading experience
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Salary : $18 - $21
