We are assisting a client in finding a full time Billing Clerk to join their team in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accuracy of billing data.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring that customer information details are kept-up-to-date
  • Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
  • Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos
  • Billing memos
  • Invoices are very unique - Manually calculated based on the quote provided by sales teams
  • Handling customer account queries

Requirements :

  • Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Some accounting experience preferred
  • need to be very organized and detail oriented this is VERY important in the role
  • Excellent mathematics and problem solving skills
