The Accounts Payable Clerk works as part of a team providing services to registered investment companies and advisors. Processes all invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. Works with the Corporate Operations, Fund Administration and Fund Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
• Process outgoing payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures
• Verify, classify and record accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Reconcile vendor accounts and vendor statements and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
• Generate reports detailing all payables and status
