What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper (NetSuite) position at Robert Half?
We have a client in need of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a FT position which is also FULLY REMOTE. Proficiency with NetSuite is a MUST. The accounts receivable, month-end closing, accounts payable, and reconciliation will need to be regulated in this Bookkeeper role. On top of this, the Bookkeeper will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry.

- Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Familiar with Accounts Receivable
- Prepare cash flow projections, as needed
- Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation
- Verify monthly accounting close
- Accounts Payable
- Supervise monthly accounting close
- Group sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Iron out subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Requirements
- NetSuite experience (MUST HAVE)
-Self-starter and strong ethical standards
- Relevant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with Bookkeeping Functions
- Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounting Functions experience
- Adeptness in NetSuite
- Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing Functions experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
