Robert Half is looking for a Bookkeeper to join a non-profit company located in San Luis Obispo. This position plays a critical role in program success, directly impacting lives through your diligent work! This position will be a temp-to-hire opportunity.Responsibilities:Input credit card expenses accurately into Aplos, bookkeeping software, utilizing Airtable and Microsoft Excel.Categorize daily income using Gingr software and Google Sheets, then enter it into Aplos.Generate and format reports from one of the credit card processors, reconciling them for accuracy before inputting into Aplos.Generate and format reports from Square for cash, check donations, and other income, entering them into Aplos.Collect and input receipts for bank-account-deducted expenses into Aplos.Reconcile bank statements to ensure data accuracy.Organize and file receipts systematically.Send monthly program reports comparing budget versus actual expenses via email.Provide financial analysis reports as required staff.Assist in preparing documents for the annual 990 and annual audit.Handle cash/check deposits into bank account(s).Perform any additional duties as assigned.
