This role will be performed in-office, adhering to the necessary industry standards and best practices.Responsibilities:• Review and verify online transactions for accuracy, legitimacy, and correctness, including amounts, sources, destinations, dates, and other relevant information.• Categorize transactions, assign accounts, classes or locations to transactions, and code them to the appropriate expense categories using QuickBooks Online.• Handle multiple entity experiences and ensure accurate and timely account reconciliation.• Collaborate heavily with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.• Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in QuickBooks Online.• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes, as required.• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.• Continually improve knowledge and skills relevant to the Bookkeeping function, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to transactions and accounts promptly and professionally.
