This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurate processing of bank and credit card reconciliations• Assistance with general accounting tasks as required• Handling wire transfers effectively and timely• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting operations• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records• Submitting credits to vendors as per the established procedures• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting• Actively participate in maintaining accurate financial records• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
