- Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Requirements
- General familiarity with Automated Payroll
- Adeptness in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- QuickBooks experience
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Bookkeeping
- Practical knowledge of benefits payroll
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Aging Accounts experience
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Prior experience working with accounting software
