Your responsibilities
- Approve order shipments based on a customer’s credit limit and payment status
- Review payments received and record deposits
- Monitor customer returns
- Assist the sales department with preparation of pro-forma invoices
- Post cash receipts and reconcile any discrepancies
Requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- 1 years of Bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency n Microsoft Excel
- Customer invoices experience highly desired
- Strong attention to detail
