Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our financial operations. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health of the organization by overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.Responsibilities:Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts regularly.Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, billing, and payment collections.Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Track and maintain budgets, providing updates to management as needed.Process payroll and manage related tax filings (as applicable).Prepare documents for tax filing and coordinate with external accountants.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and digital.
