We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Irving, Texas. This role involves managing and maintaining accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems in compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all accounting tasks, including donation entries and expense tracking.• Handle the reconciliation of books and manage the office budget.• Prepare and present financial statements, invoices, and other related documents.• Assist in the research, preparation, and management of grant applications, budgets, and reports.• Support development personnel in maintaining and cultivating donor contacts and reports using Blackbaud CRM and other programs.• Manage identified projects related to office operations for maximum expense control and efficient operations.• Provide frontline and administrative support as requested to ensure timely completion of projects.• Maintain a working knowledge of databases (Blackbaud Raisers Edge CRM) and reporting methodologies to support project requests.• Handle additional special projects as assigned.
