We are recruiting a Bookkeeper to be part of our team, located in Carmel, Indiana. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be expected to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. Responsibilities: • Check and respond to all e-mails, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner• Review and enter new accounts receivable invoices on a daily basis• Accurately enter information into spreadsheets and ensure all entries are up-to-date• Enter new Payables invoices, ensuring all entries are correct• Check incoming mail and make sure items go to the correct parties• Conduct Account Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reports• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately• Perform Bank Reconciliations, ensuring all bank statements are accurate and up-to-date• Utilize your Bookkeeping skills to maintain accurate financial records• Perform Data Entry tasks, ensuring all customer data is accurately recorded• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
