We are in search of a diligent Bookkeeper to join our client in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This role revolves around managing financial accounting, maintaining accounts receivable and payable, handling banking transactions, and utilizing financial software for operations, budgeting, cash flow, and payroll. This position is a great opportunity to work with a growing company!Responsibilities:• Efficiently generate and dispatch invoices• Follow up on overdue payments to maintain the accuracy of Accounts Receivable• Manage vendor invoices and payments, reconcile Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy, and maintain vendor relationships• Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash flow forecasts, and monitor banking transactions• Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial reports as needed• Utilize ERP for daily financial operations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and troubleshoot any arising issues• Work with automated payroll system for precise and timely compensation and benefits planning• Assist with year-end audit preparation.
