We are inviting applications for a Bookkeeper role within our Service industry team located in Douglasville, Georgia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, maintaining and filing relevant documents for tax compliance, monitoring cash flow, and producing financial reports. Responsibilities:• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently.• Record daily financial transactions and perform data entry tasks.• Keep the general ledger updated and prepare trial balances.• Maintain necessary documents for tax compliance.• Monitor cash flow and make necessary adjustments.• Produce financial reports to aid in strategic decision making.• Reconcile account balances and bank statements.• Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.• Perform end-of-month close procedures.• Process payroll effectively.
