Position: PERMANENT, Part-time Bookkeeper (up to 30 hours a week!)
Location- fully onsite in Fairfield, CT
This position will be working for a small accounting firm in Fairfield, handling bookkeeping for clients on a day-to-day basis. This client is flexible on hours/days worked and have a great small office environment! To be considered, you MUST have QuickBooks experience!

Responsibilities
- Record and report day-to-day financial transactions of clients
- Maintain and tally balance sheets and ledgers
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Monitor financial transactions and reports
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with tax prep during season
- The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a mandatory requirement
- Exceptional knowledge of finance administration, general ledger bookkeeping and finance procedures
- Good communication and presentation skills
