We are in search of a Bookkeeper for a client of ours located in Sammamish, Washington. The role involves a range of accounting duties, including processing accounts payable and receivable, as well as some human resources tasks. The position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is primarily office based though it has some opportunity for hybrid work.

- Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Conduct minor forensic accounting tasks as needed.
- Assist with human resources tasks, particularly in the onboarding and maintenance of staff.
- Ensure all financial transactions are coded and entered correctly for accurate record keeping.
- Collaborate with a small team to ensure efficient operation of the accounting department.
- Handle unique billing requests for each member with a high level of detail and accuracy.
Salary : $30 - $35
