Role Overview:The Brand Product Marketing Specialist will be a pivotal figure in shaping our marketing strategies and brand development initiatives.Reporting directly to the marketing team leaders, this role requires a dynamic individual who can think innovatively, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and effectively communicate our brand story to diverse audiences. The Specialist will collaborate closely with various internal teams, agency partners, and stakeholders to position our brand effectively in the market. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop innovative and comprehensive marketing strategies catering to diverse markets, ranging from nurseries to the food industry. Create a roadmap for brand positioning and lifestyle products that align with our ethos. B2C Coordination: Lead the coordination of video content focusing on B2C engagement, highlighting individuals growing food in their backyard. Develop and execute strategies to connect with our audience on a personal level. Branding and Lifestyle Products: Devise a robust branding plan that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with the plant source to ensure our products align with our brand identity and customer needs. Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze the market landscape, identify competitors, and devise strategies to ensure we stand out. Adapt and evolve marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge. Rebranding Strategy: Spearhead the transition from our current branding.
