Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and advocate for technical solutions.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various business functions' data and sources.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop automated dashboards and visualizations using enterprise reporting technologies (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS).
- Analyze data relationships and maintain data governance processes.
- Provide end-user support and training on data tools and solutions.
- Maintain documentation and create training materials for business users.
- Manage product backlog and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS).
- Knowledge of dashboarding and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with RDBMS and Data Warehouse platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in both traditional and agile project environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP technologies (Salesforce, JDE, OneStream).
- Experience with real-time consumer insights tools for customer acquisition and marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets for data presentation.
