The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their skills in areas such as database management, MicroStrategy development, AB Testing, analytics, and more to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities:• Utilizing Business Intelligence technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL Reporting, Tableau to develop and implement comprehensive reporting solutions.• Processing and analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.• Designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases for data storage and data mining.• Performing data warehouse design and testing, along with database modeling and normalization.• Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and meet their data needs.• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency in data analysis and reporting.• Developing policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.• Coordinating with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.• Continually enhancing technical and analytical skills with latest business intelligence trends and techniques.
