This role requires fluency in Dari, Pashto, or Farsi and will involve significant interaction with different individuals. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze customer applications, making informed decisions based on data and sustainability • Maintain communications with customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and case progress • Provide necessary case management services and housing assistance referrals • Follow up on cases, ensuring that customer information such as addresses, and financial situations are current • Collaborate with superiors for training and approval of funding requests • Perform case file reviews, ensuring completion and accuracy before processing for release of payment • Respond to routine requests for information concerning cases • Maintain consistent and thorough follow-up on existing cases • Utilize language skills in Farsi or Dari to facilitate communication with diverse customer base
