If this sounds like something you would love to do, Apply today!ResponsibilitiesAbility to direct all transactions and activity related to preparing, balancing, finalizing and communicate the cash position through Cash Consolidation, FHLB collateral and Dynamic Hedging programs.Ability to have a clear understanding of the Jobs that impact each automated file and how they interact with each other. To play a key role in projects and special projects. To be able to troubleshoot, identify issues and understand how and when to escalate. As well as proactively work toward identifying, solving, and communicating issues.Assist others with escalated and complex issues by leveraging technical and professional knowledge and skills, and delegating resolution steps as applicable.Ability to direct all activities related to balancing and transmitting automated and manual ACH and Credit Card files also managing returns and NOCs.Ability to direct all activities related to balancing and processing Incoming and Outgoing Wire, ACH requests, Disbursement Checks and Positive Pay files.Ability to direct all activities related to analyzing payments to State Insurance Department Premium Tax Filings including estimated payments, accruals, municipality and municipal tax returns.Ability to direct all activities related to analyzing daily bank transactions to ensure that all activity has been appropriately accounted to avoid any fraudulent activity as a Treasury Control function.Ability to direct all activities related to analyzing bank statements and fees and obtain appropriate approvals.Regulate, monitor, and approve staffs PTO to ensure the department is properly staffed at all times and address any absenteeism patterns.Build and sustain a highly productive team open to change and continuous improvement, utilizing excellent interviewing skills, strong merit feedback, and successful incentive programs.Communicate effectively with areas outside of Corporate Accounting to proactively identify and implement projects that impact the Cash Administrations processes and functions.Apply extensive knowledge of technology platforms, programming jobs, or new technology in order to effectively anticipate and utilize staff to implement changes in the organization.Apply knowledge of the entities, business units, chart of accounts, processes and controls in order to effectively anticipate and utilize staff to implement changes in the organization.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the organization including several geographic locations.Effectively communicate meaningful and actionable information to meet the business needs of upper management as it relates to the regulatory risk and expense management.Oversee the documentation and maintenance of all written job duties, procedures and internal control functions related to the Cash Administration Team.Assist in the identifying, prioritizing and assigning special assignments of projects.Provide support to Cash Administration staff in order to develop and maintain a culture that encompasses the company core values.
