This role is integral to the development of financial strategies, monitoring cash flow, setting departmental budgets, and managing financial risks.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the organization's overall goals• Provide leadership in financial decision-making and support operations to improve the company's financial performance• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, tax planning and investing functions• Analyze financial data, identify trends, manage financial risks, and present recommendations to the board and other stakeholders• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines, and maintain a high level of corporate governance and ethical conduct• Develop and manage relationships with lenders, auditors, and other financial partners• Suggest and develop cost-saving measures and efficiency strategies• Supervise the Accounts Payable and Collections personnel• Prepare and analyze financial statements, data and market trends• Operate and maintain proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks, CRM, and other financial management software.
