We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the government contracting industry. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and driving financial growth and stability.Responsibilities:Lead and manage all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and maximize profitability in government contracting.Ensure compliance with government regulations, including DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) requirements, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and other relevant standards.Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute business plans, assess financial risks, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance.Oversee the preparation of contract proposals, pricing strategies, and cost analyses for government contracts.Manage relationships with financial institutions, government agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders.Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the government contracting industry.In-depth knowledge of government contracting regulations and compliance requirements, including DCAA audits and FAR.Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability, with a track record of driving financial performance and growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team.High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling confidential information and financial matters.Interested candidates please contact Tamara Young 757-981-0974
