How you will make an impact
- Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations
- Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary
- Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers
- Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress
- Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events
Requirements
- Highly skilled at database and file management
- Great attention to detail
- At least 2 years of business/office experience
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
