Local non-profit organization is seeking a Development Manager to assist with creating and implementation of annual development plan and strategy. Will be working to engage the community and increase donor activity. This is a great opportunity to give back to your community and work for a great cause!Building and maintaining donor relationshipsCreating a positive, respectful reputation for the organizationFacilitating strategy meetings with fundraising staffFinding potential donors from public and private sectorsManaging relationships with the organization's donors and partnersPreparing and presenting reports on fundraising activities to senior management and board of directorsDeveloping and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet the organization’s annual revenue goalsManages annual giving campaigns. Provides reports and information for the Board of Directors as requested.Reporting and Database ManagementOversees maintenance of Donor Perfect database and any other development record-keeping.Oversees collection and compilation of data from multiple platforms for annual reporting needs, fund development, seasonal newsletter, agency annual report, etc.Supervises maintenance and updating of website contentSupervises marketing, communications and digital media campaigns
