This position offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement• Oversee the payroll process, including timekeeping, payroll calculations, and distribution• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance, payroll, and HR activities• Assist with various HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and file maintenance• Coordinate employee training programs on compliance-related topics• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and assisting with the interview process• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Utilize ADP - Payroll and HR Compliance skills to perform tasks efficiently.
