Robert Half is seeking a Contract Analyst for a growing company in downtown Chicago. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience handling contracts.  The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with the drafting, preparation, reviewing, and interpretation of company standard contractsEnsure compliance with all corporate contract, OFAC sanction alerts, and insurance policies Mitigate risk and provide guidance to senior management and sales personnelCollaborate with cross-functional teams in efforts to address and make all parties aware of legal requirementsSupport the maintaining of contractual documents and processesAlign internal staff/external individuals to resolve customer request, issues, etc.Gather information from multiple sources and work through solutions to deliver contractual needsRun compliance checks and broader due diligence for proposed new customers
