We are in search for a diligent Contracts Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for contract review and obligation management within the telecom industry. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and requires skills in CRM, Documentation, Document Review, and Contract Management. Responsibilities:• Review and manage client contracts to ensure compliance• Thoroughly examine historical records of client contracts to improve future dealings• Regularly go through active client contracts from the past 2-3 years• Manage around 1,000 total client records including MSAs and NDAs• Utilize the contract management system - Sharepoint and Microsoft Dynamic System for efficient contract management• Work on the improvement of compliance within the contracts• Ensure accurate documentation of all contract details• Resolve any contract-related inquiries from clients• Monitor contract obligations and ensure they are met in a timely manner• Take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments from clients
