The successful candidate will possess an improved understanding of the financial health of our company with the ability to glean insights from accounting and financial data. They must demonstrate proven leadership skills, an extensive background in SEC reporting, and exceptional IT systems capabilities. This high-level management role requires a strategic thinker with a clear understanding of financial management in a corporate setting. WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAY - 1. Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the corporation, including billing, budget preparation, tax planning, financial forecasting, and negotiations. 2. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SEC reporting and document preparation. 3. Streamline accounting functions and operations. 4. Develop systems and procedures that account for financial transactions by establishing and enforcing proper accounting principles, policies, and procedures. 5. Strengthen and lead a highly efficient finance team. 6. Collaborate with executive leadership to make sound business decisions in line with the company's strategy. 7. Conduct regular system audits, ensure accuracy of data, and maintain data privacy. 8. Constantly evaluate the company’s financial performance and compliance. 9. Direct the preparation of internal financial reports and ensure countenance of the external audit process.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
