REAL ESTATE CONTROLLER
Anna at Robert Half is working with a Real Estate firm seeking a Controller with Real Estate and or Property Management experience.
As the Real Estate Controller, you will:
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports and board presentations.
- You will handle the month end close for your assigned properties
- Perform financial analysis and track and report on KPIs
- Assist with audit preparation
- Review mortgage documents, financing agreements and capital agreements
